RETURN POLICY
We will gladly accept all unworn, undamaged, full priced merchandise with original tags attached for a refund within 7 days of the purchase date at any Mo:Vint location.
If you wish to return your full priced merchandise after the 7 days of purchase, this will only be done so on a case by case basis and accepted at our discretion for store or online credit only.
Any merchandise purchased at a discounted price is Final Sale and may not be returned.
Original receipts must accompany your return and refund can only be made in form of the original payment.

All online returns must be approved by our customer care team. Please address all return inquires to sales@movint.com within 14 days of your purchase date.
In your e-mail, please provide your order number, the original purchaser’s full name, reason for refund, and the items you wish to return.
To qualify for refund of merchandise purchased online, items must be in original condition. Merchandise must have been bought at regular full price, unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
You are able to drop-off returns to our store locations. However, no refunds will be given to you directly at the stores. All refunds will take 3-5 business days, and need to be reviewed by our customer care team in-house before issuing a refund.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL, AND NO REFUNDS & EXCHANGES WILL BE INITIATED.

If a customer fails to contact customer care before shipping their items, Mo:Vint reserves the right to deny said package(s). All online refunds must be within 14 days from the date you received your merchandise (according to the tracking number).
Online orders can be returned to our store in your area for refund within 21 days from the delivery date with the original order confirmation included in the delivered purchase. Shipping charges are non refundable for all online order returns.
International Orders
Due to the costly nature of shipping, international orders are not eligible for returns at this time. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact our Customer Care Team prior to placing your order.

Clarence and sale items cannot be returned for exchanges, credit, or refund.
